As the sun sets on this first night of our retreat, we invite you to join us for a rejuvenating and nourishing 75-minute Friday Night Flow and Restore Yoga Class. This class is designed to help you transition into a weekend of relaxation, self-care, and connection with the beautiful autumnal surroundings. We begin with a gentle vinyasa flow to ease you into the present moment and connect with your breath and we transition into a series of deeply restorative poses to encourage your body to soften and surrender.
Meditation and Vinyasa (Saturday Morning)
Rise and shine to greet the first morning of our retreat with intention and vitality! Join us for a transformative 75-minute Saturday Morning Meditation and Vinyasa Class that will awaken your senses and harmonize your body and mind with the essence of the autumnal beauty that surrounds us. We begin our morning practice by settling into a guided meditation and transition into an invigorating vinyasa flow that honors the energy of the new day.
Essential Oil Workshop (Saturday afternoon)
Embark on a sensory journey into the world of essential oils and aromatherapy in this enriching 90-minute workshop. Whether you're a newcomer to the realm of aromatics or seeking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is designed to guide you through the fundamentals of oils, aromatherapy, and blending. By the end of this immersive experience, you'll carry away a personal homemade scent that resonates with your individual essence.
Slow Flow to Yin (Saturday Evening)
As the sun sets on this second day of our retreat, we invite you to join us for a deeply nourishing and introspective 75-minute Slow Flow to Yin practice. In the embrace of the autumnal beauty, this practice will guide you towards inner stillness, allowing you to release tensions, cultivate mindfulness, and find a sense of inner balance. We begin with a gentle slow flow to gradually transition your body from the day's activities to the stillness of evening. Transitioning seamlessly into the yin portion of the class, we'll guide you into longer-held, passive poses that target the deeper layers of connective tissues. These poses are designed to gently stretch and stimulate the fascia, promoting flexibility and a free flow of energy throughout the body.
Qigong warmup & Pilates (Sunday Morning)
Today, we invite you to embrace the synergy of QiGong and Pilates in a harmonious 60-minute class that will awaken your energy, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling revitalized to begin our third day of retreat. We begin with an invigorating QiGong warm-up, a sequence of movements designed to balance your vital energy and set the tone for the practice ahead. We then delve into a Pilates mat class that emphasizes core strength, stability, and body awareness. Through a series of controlled and precise movements, we'll target deep muscles while fostering a sense of alignment and balance.

A soul-soothing 75-minute Sunday Evening Flow and Restore designed to help you wind down, reflect on your journey, and connect with the serene energy of the autumn landscape surrounding us. We begin with a gentle yet invigorating vinyasa flow that honors the journey of this retreat to help release any residual tension, clear the mind, and bring you into a state of presence. Transitioning into the restorative portion of the class, we invite you to surrender into a series of deeply nourishing poses, letting go of any remaining physical or mental strain, allowing yourself to be held by the embrace of the earth beneath you.
Meditation and Sun Salutations (Monday Morning)
On this bittersweet final morning of our weekend, we gather for a heartfelt 45-minute session that combines meditation and sun salutations. As we bid farewell to the serene landscape, this practice serves as a beautiful farewell, filled with gratitude and renewal. We start with a guided meditation that invites you to center your awareness on the present moment. Seated comfortably, let the sounds of nature and the rustling leaves ground you in the here and now. Reflect on the experiences, connections, and insights you've gained throughout this journey. Following the meditation, we transition into a series of sun salutations, embracing the symbolism of the sun as a source of light and vitality.
